Over the years, he has managed projects on behalf of the project Design Consultant (Professional of Record), the project Owner, and the project Contractor as well. This provides him rare expertise and insight from the perspective of all 3 primary contractual parties. He has been qualified by the courts as an expert in project management, claims and (cpm) schedule analysis. He has provided expert analysis and testimony on several significant contract disputes resulting in settlements and verdicts (by judge and by jury) very favorable to his clients (reference case samples).
